Under Philippine AML regulations, transaction records and KYC documentation must be retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction or account closure, whichever is later.

8.2 Where data is no longer required for its original purpose and no legal retention obligation applies, slotphp will securely delete or anonymise the data.

8.3 If you request account closure, your account will be deactivated. However, certain data will be retained for the minimum periods required by law, after which it will be permanently deleted.

If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account. 12. Data Security

12.1 slotphp implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
