4.6 Funds deposited into your slotphp account are not held in a segregated trust account. In the event of slotphp's insolvency, you may not recover deposited funds as a preferential creditor.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines.
13.3 Nothing in this clause shall prevent slotphp from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
